Yeah, but he's also a 3B with zero power who's too old for his level

We traded our updates for a 36 year old overpaid middle infielder and a soon to be very expensive reliever.

Gimenez is off to a slow start
Alonso's in the majors
Kilome's hurt
Peterson's had one start of 3.1 innings
Kay's been decent for two starts (3 hits but 5 walks in 8.1 innings)
Mauricio's struggling as a 17 year old in full season
Szapucki's being brought along slowly
Vientos is struggling as an 18 year old in full season
Lindsay fucking sucks
Nido fucking sucks

Your top 10 Mets prospects. Woohoo?

Any top ten that has Lindsay and Nido ahead of SWR and Newton is a top ten that I'm not taking seriously

You can only get so excited about a college reliever in A-ball, but Ryley Gilliam has had a dominant start to the season at St. Lucie.

Every Mets minors game got rained out last night. How often does that happen?

Newton debuted for Columbia last night. 0-4 with 3 Ks, but that's not important

Kay had a really good game for Binghamton. 6 IP, 1 H, 3 BB, 0 R, 10 Ks

Paez off to a decent start for Binghamton. Back-up MIF material or no?

Non-zero chance he reaches the majors for a cup of coffee but probably not an actual guy

not a Met, but I had to share these K numbers for James Karinchak, a RP in the Indians system. He's from Walden, NY if anyone knows where that is

He has 19 K's in 8 IP and has struck out the side in 5 of his 8 appearances. He has a 23.1 SO rate this season.

Career numbers below. dude has 130 K's in 79 minor league innings, 14.8 SO rate. I have a feeling he may be a late innings weapon at the major league level
