That's not fair. These signings have pretty much been set in stone for awhile, much prior to Brodie getting hired

Sometimes certain years are just lighter than others. They've been pretty good about IFAs and I don't expect that to change

Yea, weird comment from bno. The Mets have routinely been in on the "top" IFA guys.

Hopefully Brodie and team didn't ruin any longstanding relationships the Mets had down here. I haven't paid too much attention to the changes they've made on the minor league side, aside from losing Chris Becerra to the Red Sox. Gotta think that may have had some impact this year

Mets gave Alexander Ramirez $2.05 million, so they and other teams must have liked him a lot more than the rankings would indicate.

That's the 11th highest bonus given out this year so far
